Universal College of Higher Education (UCHE)

Formerly known as Hong Kong Universal Education (HKUE), is a course operator in Hong Kong (SAR of China), operating registered Non-local Higher and Professional Education Courses under the Non-local Courses Registry of the Education Bureau of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. UCHE provides full-time tertiary level courses and part-time adult courses. The mission of UCHE is to offer quality higher education opportunities for lifelong learning and vocational training to secondary school leavers, sub-degree graduates and working professionals. UCHE also provides students with internship opportunities, allowing students to gain solid experiences before their graduation.

UCHE has jointly operated courses with Melbourne Polytechnic since 2005. Courses that are registered and being operated in Hong Kong include:

UCHE annually arranges Study Tour for the students in Hong Kong to visit Melbourne Polytechnic, communicate with the lecturers and have a short study experience in Australia.
