Melbourne Polytechnic Epping is the largest provider of agricultural training in Victoria. Only 30 minutes from the Melbourne CBD, Epping is popular with both families and young people.

Our spacious and modern Epping campus is home to our Agriculture, Animal Studies and Primary Industry Departments.

Get your hands dirty on campus

Melbourne Polytechnic’s Epping facilities offer students a practical learning experience. You’ll apply the skills you learn from day one, in our industrial training facilities for agriculture, aquaculture, meat processing, viticulture and winemaking.

Our Green Skills Centre of Excellence facility prepares you with the skills you’ll need for the green jobs of the future, with training across manufacturing, construction, retail, installation, repair and maintenance. We’re using this five-star-energy-rated building to train future experts in sustainable practice.

What can I do on campus and in Epping?

Study

Our double-storey Epping Library is a great place to work on projects, with bright workspaces, designated quiet areas and break-out spaces that can be reserved.

Relax

In the warmer months, you can take your lunch outside. Have a kick of the footy on our large campus oval, or sit with friends and relax.

Explore

Entertainment is nearby at Pacific Epping, which has a wide range of shops, including three supermarkets, urban diners, and a cinema.
