Now more than ever, the world is watching. Thanks to the growth of streaming platforms and online content, skilled videographers and content creators are in demand.

At Melbourne Polytechnic, you’ll learn industry-standard skills in film and television. Work on multicam TV shows at our Collingwood Television Studios. Master the full production process for single-camera productions, including short dramas and documentaries. 

Melbourne Polytechnic Screen and Media students have unique access to our large creative community. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with other passionate students within Screen and Media, and within the wider community, including our Music and Theatre students.  Develop skills using industry-standard equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio equipment and post-production software from Adobe Creative Cloud.

You’ll be taught by film and television experts that work within industry and often recommend students for roles on sets around the country. Graduate with a comprehensive portfolio of work and a professional resume that will be an asset for employment in this competitive industry.
