Your Results and Enrolment Information
There are a variety of statements that Melbourne Polytechnic can provide for you as a current/former student to confirm information relating to your enrolment and studies.
Important Notes
- Current VET and Higher Education students can access and view their published results using the Melbourne Polytechnic Student Portal.
- After Course completion, Academic documents will be issued via My eQuals as below;
- VET Students will be issued their Award documents approximately one month from completion of all Course requirements (pending results and Department approval). For further information regarding My eQuals please visit My eQuals – Information for students.
- Higher Education students will receive a Letter of completion approximately one month from the official release of results. Awards and academic transcripts will be issued upon conferral of Awards (pending Department approval, for further information please refer to the Higher Education Academic calendar).
- If you have an outstanding debt with Melbourne Polytechnic you will not be issued with a Statement of Results, Statement of Attainment, Qualification or replacement qualification.
- From January 2015, Commonwealth Government requires all students to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI), for further information visit USI.
Academic documents
Statement of Attainment (VET Courses)
A Statement of Attainment is issued to certify completion of one or more units from a VET program and is NOT a Qualification.
Academic Transcripts (Statement of Results) available for VET and Higher Education students)
This transcript will list all enrolled units and corresponding results by Course and academic year.

Certificates and Testamurs
Qualifications will be issued to students who have met all course requirements.
Verification of Qualifications and Transcripts
Students applying to study at other Universities or seeking employment may need their Qualifications independently verified as a condition of an application process. Please be advised, Melbourne Polytechnic are not able to provide an ad-hoc verification service as third-party verifications are now supported by My eQuals.
My eQuals enables students to securely share digitally issued certified documents that are recognised and by Universities, employers, professional bodies, government agencies and academic verification organisations in more than 100 Countries.
