My eQuals Awards and Transcripts

My eQuals logo

My eQuals is now the standard issuing platform for more than 50 Universities and TAFEs across Australia and New Zealand. My eQuals digital documents are certified, legally valid and tamper-proof. 

My eQuals provides you with online access to your official academic transcripts and other documents in high definition, as they appear on paper, accessible anytime, from anywhere in the world. You can instantly share them with employers, universities and other organisations.

All Students completing Higher Education and/or VET Programs from January 2023 will be issued their academic documents digitally via My eQuals.*

* (note: My eQuals may not be available to some students, e.g., Offshore International, Foundation Programs, Community service programs, for further information please contact your Teaching Department).

You will be notified via your personal email when your documents are ready, with a link to create your My eQuals account.

Notifications will be sent to the email address provided at the time of your enrolment. If this has changed, please use the Student Request Form ( or contact the Student Hub to ensure we have your correct email address.

Please note that you can download and print your documents from your My eQuals portal – simply download the .pdf document and print at home or via your local print outlet (e.g. Officeworks).

Here’s some tips for creating your My eQuals account;

  • Wait until you receive the notification email from My eQuals (you may need to check your junk email folder/s).
  • When prompted to create your My eQuals account, use the same email address that the notification was sent to.
  • When prompted to enter your mobile number, use the international format (+61 4xx xxx xxx). So, if your Australian mobile number is 0408 567 789, enter it as +61 408 567 789.

Frequently Asked Questions

Currently we issue the following documents digitally via My eQuals;

Completed VET students (Apprentice, Certificate I to IV, Diploma, Advanced Diploma) will receive;

  • Certificate/Testamur (depending on Course type)
  • Statement of results (Transcript)

Transitioning Students (going from old to new course) will receive;

  • Statement of Attainment (where applicable)
  • Statement of Results (Transcript)

Completed Higher Education students (Associate Degree, Bachelor, Masters) will receive;

  • Testamur
  • Statement of Results (AHEGS/Transcript)

You may need to wait until your course completion has been approved:

  • VET students will be notified approximately one month after completing all their studies. 
  • Higher Education students should refer to the Academic Calendar for release of results and conferral of awards dates.

Check that we have your correct email address, phone number, and postal address.  You may need to contact the Student Hub if this need to be updated.

Check your junk or spam email folders.

Check that you have paid all your tuition fees and any other fees due – outstanding payments may prevent you from receiving documents.

Contact your Teaching Department to see if you have completed everything.

If you have already been issued printed documents and would like them re-issued digitally, this can be requested from the Student Hub. Please note that administration fees apply.

You can download and print your documents from the My eQuals portal. Download the PDF document and print it at home or your local print outlet (e.g. Officeworks).

Printed copies are available on request from Melbourne Polytechnic using the Student Request  Form ( Fees apply.

Ensure that we have the same email address as the one already linked to your My eQuals account. Any new documents issued by Melbourne Polytechnic should then appear in your account.

When your subject assessments have been completed and approved, the results will be published on your Student Portal.

Official Transcripts issued digitally via my eQuals can be ordered using the Student Request Form ( or through the Student Hub. Fees apply.

Only completed and resulted subjects will appear on these Statements.

Your My eQuals account belongs to you and is a vital link to your educational achievements over a lifetime. Most school or university student email accounts are closed once you finish your studies.

You can link your work or other email address to your My eQuals account as required.

To verify your identity My eQuals requires a valid:

  • email address
  • phone number linked to your name
  • student ID
