Located on Prahran’s bustling High Street, The Apprentice is a local favourite. Students from Melbourne Polytechnic serve a range of casual dining dishes, made with fresh, high quality ingredients from local sources.
You can enjoy a casual light lunch and Melbourne quality coffee prepared by our team of hospitality and cookery students under the guidance of experienced chefs and teachers. Our seasonal menus change daily to offer a variety of exciting meals and café items.
Upon request, The Apprentice can also be booked for private functions. For example weddings, corporate events, film crews and parties.
