St Georges offers an elegant and relaxed dining atmosphere. There’s a full à la carte menu service available.
Some of the wine and beer on our menu is produced by Melbourne Polytechnic's Viticulture and Winemaking students from our own vineyards. You will not want to miss the cocktail and mocktail of the day! Prices are affordable, so you can dine in while supporting our future chefs. Tuesday Dinner – The menu on a Tuesday evening will be continually changing. It will be anything from a themed menu to a degustation dinner. Always exciting as it is put together by our apprentice chefs.
Friday Lunch – We offer a bistro style menu that will usually changes fortnightly. It provides a range of different cuisines so there is something for everybody.
