Some of the wine and beer on our menu is produced by Melbourne Polytechnic's Viticulture and Winemaking students from our own vineyards. You will not want to miss the cocktail and mocktail of the day! Prices are affordable, so you can dine in while supporting our future chefs. Restaurant Trading Hours
St Georges Restaurant is open for lunch Wednesday to Friday (12-2pm) and for dinner Tuesday to Thursday evenings (7-9pm). The restaurant is closed on weekends and during student holidays. For further details, see the Operations Calendar.
