Chris Badenoch first came to Australia’s attention on the first season of Master Chef Australia, intriguing viewers with his penchant for cooking with beer and so-called ‘secondary’ cuts of meat. Chris will also be bringing along his head chef from Josie Bones, Rob Taylor.
John Savage, Sofitel Melbourne
John Savage is Sofitel Melbourne’s Executive Chef who has been with the hotel since September 2003. John’s cooking style has been mostly influenced by his old master, Albert Roux, sourcing the best ingredients available, cooking them by traditional methods and presenting them in an innovative style with a strong emphasis on taste.
