Enterprise Skills

Creating a successful enterprise in the 21st Century is dependent on good leadership.

That leadership requires the person to have a sense of purpose, the ability to understand others, reflect on the current situation and when necessary challenge practices, beliefs and ideals. It requires the ability understand what is happening on the ground as well as to oversee the entire operation, employ good people and trust and support those people.

Dr Simon Longstaff and Mr John Fraser discuss the concept of leadership in the 21st Century. Watch the video while completing the embedded exercises on leadership
