Vineyards

From grape to glass with viticulture

Our 3-hectare vineyard at Growling Frog Golf Course was first planted by Melbourne Polytechnic students in 2004. The facility provides an excellent, real-world learning environment for Melbourne Polytechnic Viticulture students.

The vineyard produces grape varieties include Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon. We bottled our first vintage in 2006 and have produced many award-winning wines since.
