Melbourne Polytechnic has a fully equipped training restaurant where you, our students, learn and practise commercial cookery and train as front of house staff.
St Georges is open to the public where our students serve up the best in contemporary dining under the guidance of extensively experienced chefs.
Our restaurant serves ingredients processed by our agriculture students. Treat yourself to lunch or dinner at our restaurant and relish our modern and innovative degustation and à la carte menus.
St Georges Restaurant is trading between the following dates in 2025:
Semester 1: Wednesday 5th March to Friday 4th July 2025.
Semester 2: Wednesday 20th August to Friday 5th December 2025.
