Nicole Amsing

Nicole Amsing, Executive Director of Strategy, Performance and Governance

Nicole Amsing started her professional career in health, as a physiotherapist, and later developed an interest in service delivery systems in health, and other human service areas.  Nicole has worked at an executive level in a major metropolitan health service, successfully led enterprise wide change projects, and worked to develop the relationships between the hospital, local service providers, and service users. Nicole established Nicole Amsing Consulting in 2005.

Since then she has consulted broadly, in the areas of human services system reform, strategic and business planning and management and leadership development in human service and health service organisations.

Nicole's qualifications are:

  • Master of Business Administration, Mt Eliza Centre for Executive Education – Melbourne Business School
