Our apprentice chefs are the future of Melbourne dining. Let them take you on a food journey that expresses who they are and what they’re learning, both on campus and in their workplaces.
Cookery apprentices from Certificate III in Commercial Cookery SIT30821 will carefully curate a five-course dinner, while the Certificate IV Hospitality SIT40422 students will devise the wine pairings.
Time: 6pm arrival for a 6.30pm start.
