Executive Director, Student Engagement, International and Community Partnerships​​

Cathy Frazer has held various roles within the VET and Higher Education sectors both in Australia and overseas, always with a focus on the student experience, student outcomes, and equity issues.

Cathy was instrumental in developing Melbourne Polytechnic's Inaugural Disability Action Plan and chaired both the Institute's Disability Steering and OH&S Committees for many years. She is a strong advocate for the inclusion of all students at Melbourne Polytechnic, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, CALD, LGBTIQA+​, and those with disabilities.
As Executive Director of Student Engagement, International and Community Partnerships, Cathy oversees all aspects of the Student Experience beyond the classroom, as well as supporting International Development opportunities and community engagement activities.
Cathy's qualifications include MSc (Psychology), Graduate Diploma in Business Studies,​ and Graduate Certificate in Careers Counselling.
