Executive Director, Strategy, Performance and Governance

Daryl Sadgrove has over 20 years' experience leading strategy, governance and corporate service functions in a range of high-performing organisations. He has held senior executive roles in organisations including Australia Post, Telstra and several leading industry bodies, and has also founded a successful start-up in the health sector.

Daryl has been a non-executive Director and Board Secretary of several boards, and has chaired several management committees in large corporations including the Innovation Board at Telstra and Commercial Governance Board at Australia Post (responsible for over $1bn+ p.a.).

Daryl has a demonstrated track record in driving business growth and has directly delivered over $500m in profit over the last 10 years, and brings vast experience in helping organisations to make sound business decisions, build high performing teams and navigate towards a better future.
