Australian Apprenticeships
Official Australian Government website on Australian apprenticeships.

Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) is the government agency providing national leadership in education and workplace trainings, transition to work and conditions and values in the workplace

Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (DEECD)
DEECD provides strategic advice and analysis of Victoria’s skill  needs, and acts as the system managers for the vocational education and training sector. This site also contain information for apprentices and employers, and about Competency Based Completion  arrangements.

EE-Oz Training Standards
This website is all about our training package and has a option in the ‘Careers in Industry’ section called ‘TAKE the TEST’ (pre apprenticeship self assessment). This allows you to take an aptitude test for the electrical industry to give you an indication of what you need to know to study in this industry.

Energy Safe Victoria site has a lot of information from the licensing regulator about licensing and latest developments etc. It also has some great FAQs pages.
