Higher Education Programs - Terms and Conditions of Enrolment
- Some subjects require pre-requisites. Pre-requisite requirements are outlined in the student Subject Outline Guide (a document that is located in the student learning software Moodle under the Subject Directory). Upon enrolment and before census date, students are agreeing to review the guide, and ensuring they meet all requirements. Where a student does not meet the prerequisite requirements, they must urgently contact either the Head of Program or Course Administrator and withdraw from the subject.
- Students must pay fees to finalise enrolment and secure their place.
- Students are expected to abide by the standards of conduct, rules and regulations of Melbourne Polytechnic.
- Students may be asked to participate in Student Outcome Surveys.
- As a registered Training Provider Melbourne Polytechnic may disclose enrolment data to government departments.
- Academic records provided in support of Credit Transfers or Recognition of Prior learning will be verified with the issuing institution.
- Advise Melbourne Polytechnic within seven days of any changes to personal details, including current residential address, email address and phone number.
