A refund or transfer is only possible if you apply at least five (5) business days prior to the course commencing by notifying Short Courses in writing or via phone call.
A standard handling fee of 10% of the advertised course fee will be deducted from each refund except in the instance where the course is cancelled by the Institute.
The following applies to all Short Course and IAC refunds:
Following approval, students who withdraw from a Short Course or IAC at least five (5) business days prior to the course commencement date, or whose course is cancelled by Melbourne Polytechnic, will be provided with a link to the Refund Application Form.
In cases where special circumstances result in a student withdrawing within five (5) days or less of the course commencement date, the student must contact the Manager of Short Courses in writing at shortcourses@melbournepolytechnic.edu.au to discuss refund or course transfer options.
