Charles Eller is an experienced educator and has worked on several continents in various management positions in the hospitality industry.
He has also worked overseas as a lecturer in Malaysia and worked in TAFE higher education for almost 15 years.
Charles is studying a DEd at the University of Melbourne related to graduate employment outcomes in the hospitality and tourism areas. His main research interests are in longitudinal studies about graduate outcomes especially in the hotel sector of the industry. He has participated in conferences e.g 2011 National Vocational Education and Training Research Conference.
