Melbourne Polytechnic Jobs Board Connecting Graduates and Employers

Melbourne Polytechnic has launched an online employment platform to connect its graduates to employment and internship opportunities.

The new Melbourne Polytechnic Jobs Board simplifies the job search process and empowers students and graduates to navigate their career paths confidently within a centralised platform.

The platform was developed in response to a growing need to extend support to students as they make the at times challenging transition from learner to job seeker.

Developed in partnership with careers and education technology company, Prosple, the Jobs Board builds upon the expertise of Melbourne Polytechnic’s Skills and Jobs Centre, which supports nearly 1000 people to get ‘job ready’ every year.

The Melbourne Polytechnic Job Board offers:

  • Students and graduates access to relevant and curated opportunities from reputable employers
  • Increased exposure for employers seeking visibility with new graduates
  • Better candidate-employer compatibility and job matching capabilities
  • High quality job seeker resources including resume building tools, interview tips and more.

The Melbourne Polytechnic Jobs Board currently boasts more than 1400 graduate-level job and internship opportunities from reputable employers, with listings expected to grow over time.

“Beyond graduation, Melbourne Polytechnic is invested in the long-term success of our students. The Jobs Board allows us to extend our support to students as they make the challenging transition from Melbourne Polytechnic student life to the world of employment,” said Dr. Nicky van der Bergh, Director Student Acquisitions at Melbourne Polytechnic.
