Melbourne Polytechnic cookery student Tracey Robson-Garth has been awarded the AusTAFE Best Culinary Student of the Year by the Australian Culinary Federation.
Tracey was selected to represent Victoria with three other apprentices after finishing as best overall culinary student at the Victorian State Final.
The competition was part of the Culinary Challenge 2022 event, held in September. The event involves chefs, trainees and apprentices competing against each other and against the clock for a share of cash and prizes.
