Rhiannon Mowat

Rhiannon Mowat

Rhiannon Mowat is a practicing artist, illustrator and educator based in Naarm/Melbourne, Australia.

Her artwork focuses on visual narrative and our connection to the natural environment. After many years as a freelance illustrator, Rhiannon now focuses on exhibitions and building a small arts business.

As a lecturer at Melbourne Polytechnic’s Bachelor of Illustration, Rhiannon teaches a range of subjects that include Media Culture and Context, Illustration, and electives. In the evolving realm of illustration, she believes in helping students find their own voice and their own unique style in creating visual narratives.
