After completing the Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building), you may choose to enrol in the CPC50210 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building), which is offered part-time (evening classes) over approximately one year.
We use various forms of assessment, including project-based assessment, theory-based tests, and completion of practical assignments.

The student tuition fees as published are correct at time of publication and subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment. All enrolments excluding RPL/RCC and Higher Education incur an annual Amenities fee with a maximum cap of $250

Entrance RequirementsYou will need to have completed Year 12 or its equivalent or be mature age
Pathways to further studyThe course will increase your employment options if combined with the 22268VIC Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural) – ask us about how to do this. You may also choose to enrol in the CPC50210 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building). Alternatively, you can pursue further studies in Architecture or Construction Management
Career PathwaysThis course opens the door to an exciting range of employment opportunities. It will allow you to work for a Residential Builder/developer, or in the public sector as a estimator or assistant quantity surveyor, assistant site supervisor / construction manager.
