The Licensed Electrician Theory Tutorial is Suitable For
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology students that have completed all relevant units of competency and met profiling requirements.
- Participants who hold Australian Trades Recognition Certificate
- Participants who hold an Electrician (Supervised) Worker’s Licence (ES licence)
- Participants who hold a Supervised Worker’s Licence (L Licence)
- Participants who have received a letter of approval from Energy Safe Victoria

Transfers and Refunds
A refund or transfer is only possible if you apply at least 5 business days prior to the course commencing. A standard handling charge of 10% of the advertised course fee will be deducted from each refund. Requests for refunds or transfers made within five business days of the course start date will not be eligible.
