Pathway to Victoria Scholarship Program is available for both onshore and offshore international students to the value of up to $2,500 for eligible International Students applying for packaged courses.

The Pathway to Victoria Scholarship Program has been made possible by funding from the Victorian Government through Study Melbourne.

Here are the details of the scholarship:

Who: New applications received from October 2021 from International students who are onshore or offshore in an approved pathway with a principal course at Melbourne Polytechnic.
 
Some examples of an approved pathway:

  • Melbourne Polytechnic Certificate to Diploma or above packages
  • Melbourne Polytechnic Diploma or Advanced Diploma packaged with an Associate Degree or Bachelor or above
  • Approved external English College pathway to Melbourne Polytechnic courses
  • Approved non-English pathway to Melbourne Polytechnic courses
  • Approved transnational offshore courses with pathways to Melbourne Polytechnic courses at a higher AQF level

This scholarship is not available if you are already studying at Melbourne Polytechnic and/or have accepted an offer letter prior to October 2021.

Start date: Any new application received from October 2021

End date: Scholarship must be allocated to a student by the end of December 2023, but students can commence principal studies beyond December 2023.

How many: a maximum of 175 x $2,500 scholarships on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

For what: Up to $2,500 scholarship will be applied as a reimbursement for successfully completing the eligible pathway course. Further information will be supplied along with the offer letter for eligible applicants including the conditions that must be met to meet Study Melbourne's eligibility requirements


How to apply: There is no need to apply for the scholarship. If eligible, Melbourne Polytechnic will advise you are eligible to receive the scholarship and provide you a scholarship letter with further information and conditions.
