Training Volunteer Tutors

The Volunteer Tutor Scheme prepares you to teach English to a refugee or migrant, for one hour per week, on a voluntary basis. The students you will tutor are either unable to come to classes due to issues such as illness or caring responsibilities, or may need extra support even though they already attend class. Voluntary work is a great addition to your resume, and you will receive a certificate and a free police check as part of the process.
