Melbourne Polytechnic is offering a Cabin Crew Preparation short course. This course is suitable for participants wanting to learn what a flight attendant does, be ahead of the class when you commence your initial training with an airline or just want to find out whether a career as cabin crew is for you.

Participants will learn about the role of cabin crew and prepare them for the key topics that airlines will teach them in initial cabin crew training. Course Outcomes

  • At the end of the course participants will have developed a comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities of cabin crew, learnt the skills and knowledge of aviation safety, understand aviation terminology, aircraft features and standard operating procedures whilst gaining the key knowledge to apply for the initial interview and pass the examination.
