NMIT and Milwaukee Tools Rev Up for Heidelberg Campus Trade Day

NMIT (Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE) and Milwaukee Power Tools are presenting a high octane trade skills show case at NMIT’s Heidelberg campus next Tuesday.

Local schools have been invited to come along and “Try a Trade” by completing fun activities in Bricklaying, Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, Plumbing, Joinery, Locksmithing, Plastering, Wall and Floor Tiling and Furniture and Cabinet Making.

The highlight of the day will be two Jet Pilot Showtime FMX (Freestyle Moto-cross) shows in the grounds of NMIT’s Heidelberg campus, where some of the country's best motorcyclists will show off their aerial acrobat skills.

There will also be a log drilling competition with a prize sponsored by Milwaukee Tools, tool demonstrations, a free bbq for school and NMIT students and staff plus promotions from Man Therapy, Metro, TAC/Vanessa “BUTE”, and Total Tools.
