St Georges Restaurant offers new dishes to try

We would like to remind you that St Georges Restaurant will be back to its normal operations on Monday 15th February from 12pm for lunch. Dinner service will commence Tuesday 16th February from 7pm.

Our talented kitchen staff have created some fantastic new dishes for the students to cook and you to try:

  • Wild mushroom RISOTTO with shaved parmesan and truffle oil
  • Almond crumbed PORK chop with dauphinoise potatoes, toffee apple and cress salad
  • Oak smoked SALMON, on a buckwheat blini with crispy capers, red onion, salmon caviar and avocado oil
