In 2014 NMIT will establish a presence in the Melbourne suburb of Prahran. This new campus will trade under the name Melbourne Polytechnic and will deliver both Vocational and Education and Training and Higher Education programs.
This position will be initially located at the Prahran Campus and will be dependent upon sufficient student enrolments.

About the role

Your primary objectives will be:
  • Receive and Maintain Stock for the Hospitality & Tourism Department.
  • Manage food supply and storage for kitchens, restaurant and retail outlets.

  • Able to demonstrate motivation, initiative, adaptability and responsibility.
  • Able to work independently and to empathise with the objectives of a TAFE institution.
  • Knowledge and understanding of anti-discrimination legislation as well as Occupational Health and Safety policies.


$728.15 per week pro rata.
A Working with Children Check is required for this position.
