About the role
NMIT is seeking to appoint an innovative, qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Executive Assistant. You will be a hardworking and enthusiastic professional with excellent subject knowledge.
Your primary objective will be:
Provide executive level administrative and secretarial support to the NMIT Board, sub-committees of the NMIT Board and the Board Secretary.
The successful applicant will be a hardworking and enthusiastic professional with:
Appropriate post-secondary qualifications and/or significant and extensive experience in a variety of administrative support roles that clearly demonstrate the ability to perform the role of Executive Assistant to the Board, its sub-committees and the Board Secretary.
High level of IT skills and excellent computer skills together with an expert knowledge in a wide range of software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Apple products (including iPad).
Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills illustrated by the ability to be proactive, effectively multi task, meet deadlines and continually improve operational strategies.
Ability to research material, analyse issues, determine priorities and use a high degree of initiative.

The salary will be $74,386 per annum
