What is my Student ID? Your Student ID is the number that has been allocated to you on your Student Card. It is also on your tuition fee letter. It is a combination of 7 numbers. No letters can be entered.
How do I know how much to pay? Your tuition fee letter will state how much you are required to pay. If you have not received your tuition fee letter contact the International Office on 9269 1666.
What happens after I pay? Once the International Office has confirmed that a transaction has been made we will email you your updated Payment Schedule.
When are fee payment dates? Fee payment dates are provided on payment schedule provided at time offer letter is presented, in reminder emails sent prior to fees payment dates, and each time there is a change to a student’s enrolment. Standard dates are typically on a term basis and due on 15/01, 15/04, 15/06, 15/09 of each year
What happens if I don’t pay by the date specified on payment schedule? Fees not received by the date specified on payment schedule will result in a late payment fee of $100 . Payments received 20 days past due date will incur an additional $100 fee ($200 total). Once charged, late payment fees cannot be cancelled and must be paid. Melbourne Polytechnic is obliged to report invalidated international students to the Department of Home Affairs for breach of student visa conditions.
