About the role

NMIT is seeking to appoint an innovative, qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Executive Assistant. You will be a hardworking and enthusiastic professional with excellent subject knowledge.  
 
Your primary objectives will be:
 
Provide a high level of executive and administrative support to the Deputy Director Programs - Teaching and Learning and to the Deputy Director Programs - VET to ensure that the office operates in a highly professional manner and sets the standard for executive and administrative support across the institute.
 

About You

The successful applicant will be a hardworking and enthusiastic professional with:

  • Appropriate qualifications together with significant administrative experience or significant relevant administrative experience.
  • Highly effective communication, interpersonal and team skills and a proven ability to work within an environment requiring the use of tact, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work independently and to exercise sound judgement.
  • Demonstrated ability, commitment and attitude to the provision of high level customer service to all internal and external clients.

Salary

The salary will be in the range of  $54,245 - $56,737 (AO6.1- AO6.3) per annum
