Melbourne Polytechnic's Scaffolding Licence - Intermediate Level short course provides participants with the required skills to erect, alter and dismantle all types of modular scaffolding systems to provide work platforms for construction purposes, including edge protection, access ways and falsework. On successful completion, participants can apply to WorkSafe for an Intermediate Scaffolding Licence.

At the end of this course participants will have developed the basic skills and knowledge to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding at an industry-approved intermediate level. Coursework consists of scaffolding work connected with the operation or use of modular or pre-fabricated scaffolds.
On successful completion of the Scaffolding Licence – Intermediate Level, participants can apply to WorkSafe for an Intermediate Scaffolding Licence.
