The course provides participants with advanced medical terminology requirements for working in a general practice or specialist rooms, or as a medical administration worker.

Topics include:

  • systems of the body
  • word structures
  • medical prefixes and suffixes
  • levels of organisation
  • abbreviations

Please note: The Certificate in Medical Office Administration qualification consists of five clusters. Participants have the option of enrolling in one or all five courses at a time.
