Melbourne Polytechnic is offering the Food Hygiene for Handlers SITXFSA001 and Food Safety Supervisors SITXFSA002 as a package. Food Hygiene for Handler's program is essential for anyone involved in food handling, providing the skills and knowledge required to apply good food hygiene practices within the hospitality and retail sectors. Food Safety Supervisors short course will take you through the role of the Food Safety Supervisor in your workplace and assist you in implementing the food safety plan required by your local council. This package is offered ONLY online.

Participants will be supplied with an email link to the online training system after enrolling. The email will include your login details for the website. Your training and assessments have to be completed by 1st November 2018. Through the online access you will have access to reading/study material for each unit. Training support is available via email.
