Check List divided to two sections:

a. Document’s – These are the mandatory documents required within the signoff process. As project owner you need to ensure all relevant documents are checked

b. Stakeholders:

i. Use list to check and mark the relevant stakeholders who are required for the signoff process of this project

ii. Ensure each stakeholder signs off and capture that by checking the confirm column
