Meat and Fish Processing Facilities


The meat and fish processing facility includes a commercial scale boning room, chillers and a meat packing facility, vacuum packing and sausage making equipment at the Epping campus

Beef and lamb are produced at Melbourne Polytechnic's 500ha broadacre farm at Yan Yean, processed at its meat processing and training facility at Epping, then prepared for diners at the Melbourne Polytechnic restaurant, St Georges, at Preston in Melbourne's north.
