World Pastry Champion Emmanuele Forcone is one of the world's most skilled pastry chefs, with a unique ability to produce gorgeous sugar work creations. Emmanuele is a four-time Italian champion confectioner, consultant and creator of the Sugar Art Academy.
Together with the Italian team, Emmanuele was awarded the 2015 World Pastry Champion title at the XV “Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie” held in Lyon, France. Presently, Emmanuele is one of the youngest teachers at the Italian Master Confectioner's Academy.
