New online system makes booking Auslan interpreters easy

The Central Auslan Booking Service (CABS), is operated by the Centre of Excellence for Students who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing here at NMIT. It is funded by Skills Victoria to book Australian Sign Language (Auslan) interpreters for TAFE institutes in Victoria. Auslan interpreters are used by Deaf students enrolled in TAFE courses.

The Centre is pleased to announce that there is a new online booking system to enable bookings to be made more efficiently.

The site has been built for Auslan interpreters and Victorian Disability Liaison Officers and can be found at
