About the Role
We have a very exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Officer to join our Learning Environments team.
This role will see you:
Contribute to the Educational Technologies Group to identify and prioritise development requirements and liaise with the systems and database teams to optimise system performance. The position has a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency by leveraging learning systems capabilities, and work with faculty, staff, and learners, to ensure optimal user experiences with educational technology systems and sites.
To be successful in this role you will need to be passionate about learning and teaching and bring innovative ideas to support positive environments for our students.
In addition you will have the following:
- A Bachelors Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years in learning technology role supporting learning systems including LMS, LCMS, and Webinars.
- Professional experience working in a diverse educational environment.
- Familiar with usability/accessibility requirements, universal design strategies in online learning environments, and W3C Web Accessibility Initiative and Guidelines.

The salary will be in range of $54,245 - $56,737 (AO6.1- AO6.3) per annum plus superannuation.
