About the Role
We are very excited to announce that Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking to appoint an experienced, innovative and qualified individual to fill the position of Teacher – Digital Interactive Games.
Your primary objectives will be:
Plan, develop, deliver and evaluate the teaching of Digital Interactive Games within the Performing Arts Department.
Maintain appropriate records and resources within quality assurance guidelines.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
Key Technical Competencies
Relevant and recent industrial experience in the Digital Interactive Games and Digital Media industry.
Demonstrated ability to teach Digital Interactive Games.
Well-developed skills in teaching including the ability to select and use a wide range of teaching and assessment strategies appropriate to a diverse student population and the competency standards required.
Qualifications, Licenses and Experience
A relevant Degree, Diploma, Certificate or trade qualification, or approved equivalent qualifications.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is required (TAE40110).
The salary will be in the range of $52,127 and $83,525 (T1-T5) per annum pro-rata plus employer superannuation contributions.
