About the role

NMIT is seeking to appoint an innovative, qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of QMS Document Controller.

Your primary objectives will be:

Provide effective co-ordination services to support the Manager, Quality Assurance in the management of the functions of the Quality Assurance Unit.


About You

The successful applicant will be a hardworking and enthusiastic professional with:
  • Significant and high level experience in the use of Microsoft software including but limited to Word, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to support the development of policies and procedures and facilitate their implementation. Experience in scheduling and co-ordination of activities associated with documentation reviews.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills and systems and process development skills, including identification of issues of strategic importance, assessment of organisational implications and development of effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including the ability to provide training to groups of staff and interact effectively with all levels of the organisation to deliver effective internal consultancy services and negotiate agreed outcomes and targets.

The salary will be in the range of $59,620 - $62,156 (AO7.1 – AO7.3) per annum
