We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Project Administrator to join Melbourne Polytechnic and support  the Manager and the program team in all program related administrative functions. Your role will be essential to the efficient and timely delivery of the project. 

What's on offer

Your role as a Project Administrator will see you assist with all project related meetings, register and logs updating, agendas, support project reporting gathering, formatting documents and presentations.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need to be deadline driven, able to multi-task and work under pressure.


The salary on offer is in the range of $47,574 and $51,325 (AO5.1 to AO5.4) per annum (pro-rata) plus employer superannuation contribution.


You will also need to be flexible to travel between our Prahran and Preston campus.

Full-time availability needed (no upcoming leave)

Immediate start until 31 October 2016.
