About the Role

We are very excited to announce that Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking to appoint experienced, innovative and qualified individuals to fill the positions of People & Culture Data Analyst and Project Officer.

Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Provide timely and accurate data analytics to all internal and external requests.

  • Maintain the integrity and reliability of the HRIS (Chris21),

  • Project manage and work on the configuration, implementation and changes of system platforms/modules in Chris21 and evaluate system performance.

  • Ensure that a high level of customer service is practiced and maintained.

  • Provide generalist HR support for day to day activities of the People and Culture team where required.

About You:

The successful applicants will possess the following:

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or at least 2 years' experience as a generalist human resources practitioner in a large organisation.

  • Strong understanding of the Chris21 system.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources gained through appropriate qualifications and/or significant experience in Human Resources.

  • Experience with Chris21 application development and implementation projects.

  • Knowledge of HR compliance and audit requirements.

Salary

The salary will be $80,000 per annum plus superannuation
