Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking to add to its Student Acquisition team, are you energetic, resourceful, client-centric team player who gets energised by supporting customers on the frontline. Acting as a brand ambassador of Melbourne Polytechnic you will guide prospective students from inquiry to enrolment
To provide accurate information about Melbourne Polytechnic products and service, by guiding prospective students through all stages from inquiry to enrolment. Specifically: enquiry lead management, course application, pre-training review, VET Skills First eligibility criteria, and point of sale fee payment
Fulltime availability across an operating 7-day week roster will be required to work during retail trading hours including Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and support out of hours events
This position is mobile and works across 4 retail sites, 7 enrolments centres and multiple information and enrolment recruitment events
$27.67 per hour casual rate (PACCT2.1)
