About the role
NMIT is seeking to appoint an innovative, qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Client Services Officer. You will be a hardworking and enthusiastic professional with excellent subject knowledge.
Your primary objectives will be:
Ensure a quality client experience at Information Desks at any campus by delivering a professional and informed service.
Provide an accurate, efficient and effective student records service to meet the information needs of students, management and staff and external stakeholders.
The successful applicant will be a hardworking and enthusiastic professional with:
- Demonstrated proficiency in information technologies and robust cash management skills preferably in an educational environment.
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to the provision of high level customer service and have an understanding of, and empathy for, the needs of customers at all levels and across all cultures.
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and the capacity to create a positive work environment and effectively operate as a member of a multi-campus customer service team.
- Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to be clear and concise in the dissemination of information and advice.

A Working With Children Check will be required for this position
The salary will be in the range of $43,112 - $45,648 (AO4.1 - AO4.4) per annum
