Our Faculty of Engineering industry services team can conduct a Skills Analysis to identify current workplace skills required by your staff. This is followed by a Skills Audit, which will identify skills gaps and define training opportunities available to enable the up-skilling of you and/or your staff. Training programs are then customised to improve the skill level of all staff.

Competency Assessments
We can carry out Competency Assessments of your staff to the National Metals Competency Standards and Design Competency Profiles for areas in your company.
