Test Report Form Collection Details
There are two parts to this:
1) you need us to hold on to your results for collection
This is important, we will send you an email to complete an online form if you wish to collect the results from our office. All who choose “Collect in Person”, will have their results placed on hold for a period of 4 weeks. You must collect them within that timeframe, otherwise they will be automatically posted after the 4 week period has lapsed.
2) you can pick up your results on the day the results are officially released
IELTS test results are available to collect from the Preston Office on the 13th day (second Friday). Please remember to bring your photo identification when collecting your test report form. Original passport is best, otherwise a clear & current photo ID will be accepted.
Collection times are between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm and by appointment outside of these hours.
If you have not told us to hold onto your results or did not collect on the day they are released, all remaining Test Report Forms are posted using standard mail at 2pm. If you prefer a more secure way, please provide the office with a pre-purchased registered post envelope. You can hand it in at the office with your candidate number or post it.
Collecting Results for someone else
If someone else is collecting your results on your behalf, you must write an authorisation letter advising the centre. Ensure you are adding: the test date, candidate number, your full name, passport number and sign the form. Please ensure you add the person’s full name who will be collecting on your behalf. They will need to bring their photo ID as well as yours (with your signature).
Please note that staff may refuse to hand over the Test Report Form at any time, if signatures do not match.
Online results will be available from 5pm Australian Eastern Standard time (AEST) on the 13th day after the test. The preview of results is gradually rolled out over 24 hours.
If you require your hard copy of the result form, you must collect it from the centre before 2 pm on the 13th day. Photo Identification is required.
