New technologies are changing how and where people work. As markets expand and large numbers of people perform their jobs remotely, communication remains quintessential to industry and business.

In the 21st century we see businesses move from being asset-centric to people-centric and to be successful they need to communicate simply, clearly and honestly and do so by the multiple means that technology now allows.
